Each Irvine community has its own personality. Northwood is known for it’s eucalyptus windrows that line the streets and surround the neighborhoods. Residents also have fantastic views of the Santa Ana Mountains. Most of these homes are single family residences that have been built on larger than average lots. There are some like Park Paseo, Woodside, and Park Place that have fees to help maintain the community pools, spas, and clubhouse.
Northwood is within the Irvine Unified School District with four top rated elementary schools: Santiago Hills Elementary School, Northwood Elementary School, Canyon View Elementary School, and Brywood Elementary School.
